Updated Hydra Camouflage Texture

This modification changes the hydra's gray camouflage to a pattern that blends better in forested environments.

Instructions:

1. Open OpenIV and navigate to (Update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpheist\).
2. Enter Edit Mode.
3. Unzip the downloaded file.
4. Click on the green plus icon, locate the unzipped file, and copy both hydra.ytd and hydra+hi.ytd files.
