The Town of Harmony has a population of roughly 500 people, many of whom are related. Due to the high volume of traffic on Route 68, the Harmony Police Department (HPD) primarily focuses on responding to service calls and enforcing traffic laws. This increased focus is due to a recent rise in drug trafficking within the state. The State of San Andreas Penitentiary is situated nearby, a location familiar to many local residents.

Harmony's police department consists of a single officer. You will be working independently, receiving support from the County Sheriff's Office and State Police. Do you possess the necessary skills? Probably not.
