Installation:

1. Download the Insignia 2017 Unmarked (removeable beacon) 1.0.
2. Using OpenIV, place the four .yft and .ytd files from LibertyCity into: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/[last patchday]/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
3. Use OpenIV to replace the .ytd file in this download with the one in the skin folder.
4. Place POLICEOLD2.XML in Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
