Open OpenIV and navigate to:
update folder\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Replace the files with those provided in the rar archive.

If the car doesn't appear in the correct color, simply go to LS Customs and change it to WHITE.
