Replace the following files: Install the files into: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday13ng/dlc.rpg/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf drop the the .trf and .ytd files in there you can replace the car with any car.

Addon: Drop "Belastingdienst" into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ Then go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml and add <Item>dlcpacks:\belastingdienst\</Item>
