How to Install

first download and add to GTA V (by using Open IV)
https://www.gta5-hub.com/vehicles/cadillac-the-beast-presidential-state-car add-on
(instructions how to install already in that mod)

open onebeast.ytd and find the original [Cadillac_US_Presidential_State_Car_2017_flags] and [Cadillac_US_Presidential_State_Car_2017_emblem] in [Grand Theft Auto V Game Directory]\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\onebeast\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\suburbanvehicles.rpf
replace those with my textures by draging them and save.

now exit OpenIV, and start the game spawn with any of these traniers

menyoo [vehicle options > spawn > vehicle spawn vehicle by name > and type onebeast]
