1. Open 'OPENIV'.
2. GTAV/mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks/lp670/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/lp670vehicles.rpf
3. Open 'lp670.ytd'.
4. Drag and drop the livery file in it.
