The following livery is a generic Department of State Air Wing / INL retexture for SkylineGTRFreak's CH-46 pack.
The DoS' INL - the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs - was the US' main component in combating the Narcotics trade overseas, mainly in the name of protecting US interests and attempting to prevent said narcotics from entering the US. As well as that, a component of the INL Air Wing has also been assisting embassies and other US components in Afghanistan, where their CH-46s have seen the most action. The "Phrogs", alongside a handful of other INL aircraft including H-60s and UH-1s make frequent trips transporting personnel, performing SAR, intercepting narcotics and patrolling Afghanistan's borders.
INSTALLATION
1. Navigate to your seaknight.ytd:
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > seaknight > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
2. Replace .ytd with the included seaknight.ytd, and you're done!
