South Korea's T-50 Advanced Fighter Program

During South Korea's 3rd FX project (the initiative to acquire new generation aircraft for the Republic of Korea Air Force), PAK-FA was considered as a potential aircraft alongside contenders such as F-15SE, F-35, and Eurofighter Typhoon. However, PAK-FA faced early elimination due to incompatibility with Western standardized components. Ultimately, the F-35 emerged victorious in the competition.
