1.) First, you must download the basic model:

2.) Then add the openIV model in the last "patchday": Grand Theft Auto V / Mods / Update / x64 / dlcpacks / Patchday19ng / dlc.rpf / levels / gtav / vehicles / vehicles.rpf

3.) Only then can you replace the three files (emperor2.yft emperor2_hi.yft, emperor2.ytd) with "replace".

4.) Done!
