It is not recommended to use this mod in multiplayer.
To install the files, place them in the following directory:
GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
A recommended siren mod for this firetruck is available.
