Samson Avatar Paint Scheme - Part 2: SkylineGTRFreak Edition

This provides alternate paint schemes for SkylineGTRFreak's Samson from the movie Avatar. The available liveries include US Colonial Marines (Aliens), Mexico Police, PLAAF, RAAF, Russia, USAF (Gray and Tan), and US Marines.

These liveries are designed for SkylineGTRFreak's Samson model, which can be found at:

...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ZF1\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\samson.ytd

After installing the Samson model following SkylineGTRFreak's instructions, open the dlc.rpf file using OpenIV.

To preserve the original livery, extract the samson.ytd file from within OpenIV and rename it to origsamson.ytd. Save this extracted file in the same folder as the dlc.rpf.

When you're ready to apply a new livery, activate "Edit mode" in OpenIV (the button is located at the top right), select the samson.ytd file, and then choose "Replace." Select the desired livery from the extracted zip file.

To preview the livery before applying it, open the samson.yft or samson-hi.yft file in the OpenIV Model Viewer. This will show you how the Samson model will look with the new livery.

Once you're happy with the selected livery, close the model viewer and launch GTAV. Use a trainer of your choice to spawn the Samson and enjoy your newly customized aircraft!
