Russian Mi-17 Helicopter "Red Air" Paint Schemes Duo

This package includes two liveries representing a pair of Mi-17 helicopters operated by Red Air Helicopters LLC, observed in 2010: N214XX and N215XX. Red Air Helicopters LLC, along with its sister company Red Air Transport LLC, are relatively unknown entities. They gained attention from open-source intelligence (OSINT) researchers and aviation enthusiasts during the 2021 Kabul Evacuation. An Mi-17 registered to Red Air Transport, N243XX, was seen transporting passengers between Kabul International Airport and a CIA Black Site known as "Cobalt" or the Salt Pit.

Red Air operates from Reynolds Airpark in Florida. It is speculated that they act as a front company for Pegasus Technology, allowing them to operate these rare Russian helicopters on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies for Dissimilar Air Combat Training. They may also be involved in covert missions, as evidenced by their activity in Afghanistan. Despite operating throughout the United States, very few images of Red Air Mi-17s are publicly available.

INSTALLATION

1. Choose the liveries you want to apply to your model and navigate to your mi17v5.ytd:

GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > [dlc containing your Mi-17] > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf

2. Replace the "_sign" textures in the appropriate .YTD with your chosen liveries, or import them and name them accordingly, then save.
