To install in GTA 5, go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and drag the downloaded files from the archive / folder named gta 5. The name of the car for spawning is burrito4. Good luck!
There is another folder called fivem which contains a car made for FiveM. To install it, put the posta romana folder in resources and start it.
