Richmond, VA Inspired PD Textures (Not Compatible)

This mini livery pack is based on the Richmond, Virginia police department. These liveries were designed to fit t0y's LSPD Mega Pack. The all blue lights mod was used for the screenshots. To install this, first install t0y's mega pack into OpenIV, then open the texture file for each vehicle in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. Find and replace the default textures while in edit mode. You have to rename the texture to the desired slot you have. For example, the CVPI would be renamed cvpi_sign_1.
