Rename the vehicle files to fbi2 (This is recommended cause I will release other RE series vehicles).

When my vehicle pack is uploaded I will release a dispatch file that will spawn each unit accordingly so you will have Raccoon PD first, then STARS then USS units chasing you depending on the star wanted level.
