Rebellious HRT for Fibromyalgia

Based off the real FBI's hostage rescue team, they operate on foreign soil for "diplomatic security , criminal extraction , hostage rescue of american citizens overseas".

So you can see why they need a huge armored vehicle, example of it is in Fast And Furious Five when the fbi hired "Hobbs" to capture "Dominic Toretto" using the vehicle.
