Realistic Los Santos PD Skins: Inspired by Ontario Law Enforcement

This is the first skin pack I've created. The content in this file is still actively being changed, updated, and fixed as there are many things I want to do with it.

Unlike my OPP pack, this one draws inspiration from multiple departments, primarily the Barrie, South Simcoe, and Toronto Police Services.

My goal is to adapt this pack to every LSPD vehicle pack available.

The pack includes skins for: Patrol, Supervisors, Traffic Services Unit, Metro, Metro Supervisor, Emergency Services Unit, K9, and Court Services.
