Edit skin: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/ and edit police3.ytd replace the "police_sign_1" file with my painting, save changes and exit.
And do the same but in the route: x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and edit police3.ytd
