Premier UK License Plates

DESCRIPTION:
This mod alters the font of all license plates in the game to match the UK standard.
The mod introduces three distinct types of British license plates:
1. The classic, all-yellow plate.
2. The traditional design featuring EU stars and "GB" - Slim version (the strip is narrower than usual but accommodates enough characters).
3. The traditional design with EU stars and "GB" - Fat version (the strip is more realistically sized but some characters may overlap).
