Polis EVO-Inspired Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X Wrap

This paintjob is inspired by Inspector Sani's car from the Malaysian action movie, Polis EVO. While it may not be a perfect replica due to limitations of the model, it still captures the essence.

1. Download the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X FQ-400 model: (File path removed for brevity)
2. Using OpenIV, replace the texture files:
   update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
   Specifically, replace "kuruma.ytd" and "kuruma+hi.ytd".
