Pepe Takes Flight

This is my first skin/mod. While it may not be perfect, I hope you enjoy my love for pepe!

INSTALLATION

Step 1 - Download OpenIV Step 2 - Navigate to this location in OpenIV: GTA V > x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf Step 3 - Drag the two files into that folder (Backup original files if you wish, originals are already included). Step 4 - Enjoy The Pepe Blimp :) I may add more pepe pictures, let me know in the comments if you'd like to see other styles!
