1. Open Open IV.

2. Turn on "Edit mode".

3. Drag and drop the file (depend on what you using police or/and police2 as Ford Focus) to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\.

or

you can manually add car_sign_1.png into one of the .ytd depend on yours.

4. Close Open IV.
