Paraguayan License Plates

Hello everyone, as I updated the Paraguayan Mods Pack, I now bring you some mods that were included in the first version of the pack.

This mod changes the textures of the original license plates to those of the current license plates in Paraguay. All license plates have been replaced, including those from North Yankton.

Instructions can be found in the "Install in-Instalar en" file in the download.

Version History:

0.5 (Beta Private Test) (13-02-2017): First version.

1.0 (FINAL) (15-02-2017): Release and Final version.

(I clarify that this car is not common to see in Paraguay, since only some "Politicians" have money to be able to have Ferrari, Lamborghini cars and other luxury brands, I just used it for demonstration purposes in the game).
