Paraguay Highway Patrol: High-Octane Pursuit

My 42nd mod in the community.

Today this project begins, created by me. The Government of Los Santos presents the force of high-speed pursuit: the Paraguay Highway Patrol with high-performance cars. Only 3 models are available now, but the government will add more over time. Some will be faster, some slower; some luxurious, others not; some very detailed, others less so.
