NYPD Ford Explorer Livery

This version (V2) includes the following improvements:

• Fixes for some low-quantity exterior elements and positioning.
• Added installation instructions in the file.

This livery update focuses on rebuilding the NYPD textures. Changes include a more current pattern sticker, fixing the front pillar color and position, and adding "supervisor" as a visual identifier. I hope you enjoy this updated version!

Installation:

1. Use OpenIV to replace the texture in your file.
2. The file you will be replacing is located at: x64e.rpf \ levels \gta5 \ vehicles.rpf
