NYC License Plates

This modification features realistic and GTA V-friendly NY Metro license plates for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The plate numbers are designed to be easily visible.

Installation instructions:

1. Use OpenIV in edit mode.
2. Replace the .ytd file located at:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
