Kozue Otomune, a key figure in Link! Like! Love Live!, is a third-year student at Hasunosora Girls' High School and the current president of its Idol Club. She is also a member of Cerise Bouquet, a unit within the club. Her signature color is mermaid green.

Kozue hails from a musically inclined family and has received extensive music training since childhood. A school idol performance during her youth sparked her passion for becoming one, though initially met with resistance from her family who viewed it as less "legitimate" than traditional musical forms. Ultimately, she persuaded them to accept her choice.

Her ambition is to win Love Live!, and her perfectionism led to an incident in her first year that resulted in Megumi Fujishima's temporary withdrawal and strained her relationship with Tsuzuri Yugiri.

Coming from a wealthy family, Kozue's lineage boasts ownership of multiple beach villas. She is an attractive and accomplished student, excelling in both academics and sports. Graceful and elegant, she commands respect and admiration at Hasunosora without ever appearing boastful or complacent. She dedicates herself fully to every endeavor.

While technologically challenged, Kozue confidently asserts that she is on the verge of mastering it.
