1. download this car : R35
2.Open OpenIV and browse to x64\vehicles.rpf\r35.ytd and open it.
3.When you have that list opened just simply add the livery which is r35_sign_3 from the downloaded file onto the list which is the .ytd file. and save it.
4.Enjoy
