Install Instructions:

1. Download and install 'NSW Police Holden VF Commodore Highway Patrol' by MooseYTY
2. In OpenIV, navigate to your Grand Theft Auto V directory > Mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday3ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
3. Find Sheriff.ytd and open it
4. Find the old skin (vfss_sign_1) and click 'Replace'
5. Replace the skin with the VicRoads TSS skin you've downloaded
6. Done!

NOTE: Also includes the white high vis highway patrol car by MooseYTY!
