New Design Vienna Red Cross Ambulance: Mercedes Sprinter Otaris EMT Vehicle

I added an "Ambulance" inscription at the front and rear, as I preferred it that way. The license plates are still fictional. I will correct this as soon as I have a suitable photo/video.
