Nevada Women Veterans License Plate

This modification replaces one of the "Blue on White 3" license plates. It was inspired by the plate on my real-world car and is intended to be a nice addition to GTA V.

INSTALLATION

• Extract the file "GTA V Nevada License Plate NVWVP.zip" to any desired location.
• Open OpenIV and select edit mode, clicking "Ok".
• Navigate to your GTA V folder, then go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf (or mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf if using mods).
• Open "vehshare.ytd".
• Select "plate05", click "Replace", and navigate to the "Files to put in vehshare.ytd" folder within the GTA V Nevada License Plate mod files. Select "plate05.dds" and click "Open".
• Repeat the same process for "plate05_n".
• The mod is now installed! You can close OpenIV, launch your game, and enjoy your new license plate!
