Installation:

• Extract the file and place mbc63_sign_3 on your desktop
• open OpenIV
• Turn on Edit mode
• Goto GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mbc63/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mbc63.rpf/mbc63.ytd
• edit mbc63.ytd
• Click on Import
• In the Open windows, choose the mod livery file mbc63_sign_3 and Open it
• Press Save and close OpenIV
• enjoy :)
