Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack: Vapid Scout Police Utility SAHP

The car model wasmade by the people who made "Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack" (look under credits). The vehicle is from the aforementioned mod.
This mod does not include the vehicle model.




This mod adds a lore-friendly SAHP livery for the "Most Wanted 2012 - Los Santos City PD Pack: Vapid Scout Police Utility".
The textures are 4096X4096.
It also adds a new carcol.meta to change the LED falsh pattern and color.
