Replace both files at the following path (mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\vehshare.ytd)

Open the "vehshare.ytd" file with OpenIV and replace the desired textures. If you want to replace them with another texture, simply change the name, for example (plate01 to plate03 / plate01_n to plate03_n).
