Lazy Method

1. Navigate to the following file path: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

2. Replace "vehshare.ytd" with the one provided in this download.

3. Enjoy your new Quebec license plates!

Recommended Method (If you've already modified vehshare.ytd)

1. Navigate to the following file path: x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

2. Open OpenIV and ensure you are in "edit mode".

3. Open "vehshare.ytd".

4. Replace the textures named "plate05" and "plate05_n" with the ones included in this download.

5. Enjoy your new Quebec license plates!
