LS Police Department Expansion

With the author's permission, this pack offers additional vehicle skins based on getinmybelly0627's LSPD skin designs. This collection aims to complete missing skins from their original pack and includes options for vehicles like the BMW1200, polmav (mapped by Yard1), a unique Riot skin, the 2016 explorer (from TheHurk's CHP Megapack), and several additional CVPI and Impala skins for greater variety.
