In this series I will be bringing you a small fictional Los Santos County Sheriff assortment. With this I aim to release a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor as well but for now it is the beastly Taurus. This texture wasn't based on any enforcement group but I did take ideas from Marion County Sheriff's Interceptors (Don't comment that it looks nothing like Marion because it was just ideas). The next installment is due to be released by the 13th November (which by the way is Friday 13th, oh no) with hopefully a CVPI ready to cruise the streets of Los Santos County.
INSTALLATION:
The next installment will include 'vehicles' and 'carvariations' files so that Sheriff and Sheriff2 will work properly with a CVPI and Taurus.
ALL THE STUFF IN BRACKETS IS FOR THE NEXT INTALLMENT, USE IT IF YOU WANT. TO HAVE THE CORRECT LIGHTBAR AND VEHICLE SOUND JUST COPY THE VEHICLES AND CARVARIATIONS DATA.
Either install the car as Police3 or as Sheriff / Sheriff2 for now until next update. You get the legist.
MANUAL INSTALL:
1. Use OpenIV and navigate to the location you installed the vehicle (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc/x64/levels/gta5 and then click on vehicles).
2. Enable edit mode and click on .wtd file for the vehicle (sheriff2.wtd).
3. Replace the old textrue files with the new LSCS textures. 4. Press save and your done.
AUTOMATIC INSTALL: 1. Use OpenIV and navigate to the location you installed the vehicle (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc/x64/levels/gta5 and then click on vehicles).
2. Enable edit mode and drag over the sheriff2.wtd file into the vehicles directory.
3. Your done.
Do NOT upload the files anywhere.
You may edit the texture but only for personal use.
Thanks, Call Of Reality.
