This pack is not based off of any real-life department.
- Download the Car File(s): file/17911-los-santos-police-department-mega-pack-els/
- Find the designated .ytd file from each vehicle in the texture dictionary.
- Double click to open, make sure edit mode is on, then scroll 'till you find "(car)_sign_xx"
- Press "replace" at the top left of the screen and find the location where you put the download
- Admire the liveries.
