Los Angeles Police Department livery for Chevrolet Caprice PPV

This is a simple design I created for majorpaine2015's Chevrolet Caprice PPV model. While it could use some refinements, if people like it I'll keep improving and polishing it. It already looks good, but I want to make it even better!
