-In OpenIV go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and extract dlclist.xml to your desktop or other folder,
Open it with notepad and add the text below to the end of the list of dlcpacks, save it and put back where it came from
dlcpacks:\50thpolstang\

-and then put the 50thpolstang folder in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and is done

-Spawn the car by name 50thpolstang in your trainer menu
