1. Use OpenIV to install the livery.
2. Navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\gtrsilhouette\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\
3. Drag the "livery" folder into gtrsilhouette.ytd
