Use OpenIV Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\gxa90\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf

Drag the "livery" folder map into gxa90.ytd

Note: This livery only supports Liberty Walk widebody
