Lenco BearCat: Dutch Mobile Unit

Description
This is a Lenco Bearcat, styled after the Dutch Mobile Unit.
The original model can be found in (file path removed). Installation
Place the .yft and .ytd files from the folder into GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday9ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. Place riot.xml in GTA V\ELS\pack_default (You will of course need to have ELS installed). This is one of my first texture mods and I am experimenting with the possibilities.
