LED Vehicle Headlights in Blue

This modification alters the color of license plate and dashboard lights to a HID blue hue. It also adjusts the amount of motion blur, slightly increasing it for enhanced realism.

Installation:

1. Launch OpenIV and locate the following file path: common.rpf > data.
2. Drag and drop the visualsettings.dat file into this directory, then close the archive.
3. Navigate to update > update.rpf > common > data and repeat step 2.

Installation is complete! You can now enjoy the mod.

Requirements:

OpenIV 2.6 is required for installation.
