Updates

**Version 1.1:** Added MG License Plates for realism (unfortunately, they are all the same). **Version 1.3:** Different license plates for each car (one skin on the Taurus matches a license plate from the Explorer, other than that they are different!).
If anyone knows where to put the license plates for Chargers, please let me know! I can't seem to find it.
