Download the model car included in the mod "Del Perro Police Department Vehicle Pack [Add-On]" by IlayArye.
Drag the file named "dppolice4" to the following location:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > delperro > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
