Install ADDONS

1. go to OpenIV, drag and drop "lambolapd" folder here "GrandTheftAutoV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks"
2. go to "GrandTheftAutoV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data"
3. open dlclist.xml add this: dlcpacks:/lambolapd/
4. lambolapd.xml here : C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
