Open "OpenIV" and turn it in Edit Mode
- Go to Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and replace the double.ytd file
Close OpenIV and run the game.
