You need to download the original file first. Replace the hi.ytd,ytd file in this folder:
x64e->levels->gta5->vehicles.rpf
Unsolved Issue: Some LEDs are missing after converting the fire truck's LED to red.
How to close the fire truck:
You need Enhanced Native Trainer.
Go to Vehicle> Modifications> Page 3> toggle Extre #11 to toggle When activated on Extre #12, you can close the doors of the fire truck equipment compartment.
